This product is a new type of paper degassing defoamer developed by our company. It is specially designed for white water defoaming in paper making process in paper industry. It has strong defoaming and antifoaming effect on white water. It can quickly remove the fine bubbles between fibers, eliminate the big bubbles on water surface, eliminate the influence of bubbles on the process, avoid the formation of holes and reduce paper breakage. The product also has a strong defoaming and antifoaming effect on resin compounds, polymer compounds and other substances. The products comply with GB9685-2008 standard.

This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, and does not pollute the environment.

3、 Purpose

This product is widely used in many industrial production systems, such as paper making process, coating preparation, deinking and washing, wastewater treatment, etc. It can also be used in other fields.

4、 Usage and dosage

The product can be directly injected into the foaming system or diluted for use. When it is added into the foaming system in advance as a foam inhibitor, pay attention to the compatibility with the system.

1. It is used in the paper making process in the paper industry, and the dosage is 0.15-0.5 ‰ (weight);

2. For defoaming in other fields, the general dosage is 0.2-1.0 ‰ (weight) of the raw foam system, but the user can increase or decrease it according to the actual situation for different processes and requirements.

6、 Packaging and storage

1. This product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200kg. It can also be changed to other packages according to the user's requirements.

2. The shelf life of this product is 6 months, and the storage temperature is 5-30 ℃. In case of stratification, it can be used after shaking well without affecting the effect.
