1、 Performance and characteristics

This product is a defoamer with modified polysiloxane as the main component and emulsified by new technology. It has the characteristics of small dosage, fast defoaming speed, long-lasting effect and high efficiency. It is mainly used for defoaming and antifoaming in aqueous system. It is very easy to disperse in water and is not easy to break emulsion and float oil. The service temperature can be as high as 120-130 ℃.

This product is not flammable, explosive and corrosive, and does not pollute the environment.

3、 Purpose

1. Used for defoaming in textile printing and dyeing process and defoaming and antifoaming in textile printing and dyeing auxiliaries;

2. Used in water treatment, circulating water, pulp washing, metalworking fluid, chemical cleaning, coal washing, chemical fertilizer and other industries;

3. for oil exploitation, eliminate harmful foam in drilling mud and cementing cement.

4. Used for white emulsion, waterproof coating and engineering coating.

4、 Usage and dosage

This product can be used directly or after dilution. It should not be stored for a long time after dilution. The general dosage is 0.5 ~ 3 ‰ (weight) of the raw foam system, but the user can increase or decrease it according to the actual situation for different processes and requirements.

6、 Packaging and storage

1. This product is packed in plastic lined iron bucket or plastic bucket with net weight of 200kg. It can also be changed to other packages according to the user's requirements.

2. The storage period of this product is 3 months, and the storage temperature is 5 ~ 30 ℃
