This product is a new type of high molecular polymer, which is mainly used in the surface sizing of paper and paperboard. It has the characteristics of small addition and convenient use. It can completely replace the internal sizing of pulp, reduce the sizing cost of paper, and reduce the sizing process and purify the pulp system. The product has good film forming property, can significantly improve the water resistance and ring crush strength of cardboard and corrugated paper, improve the surface strength and printability of paper sheet, reduce the phenomenon of hair and powder dropping in the printing process, and meet the requirements of high-speed printing.

It can be mixed with direct dyes, acid dyes, fluorescent brighteners and other cationic and non-ionic papermaking auxiliaries. It can also reduce the serious loss of the above auxiliaries in the pulp.

4、 How to use it

This product needs to be mixed with surface sizing starch gelatinization solution. It is cross-linked with starch through high-temperature drying in the papermaking process to form a strong film on the surface of the paper, which greatly improves the water resistance and ring pressure index of the paper.

This product can be directly added to the gelatinized starch solution, or added to the outlet of the pipeline pump conveying the starch solution through the metering pump. The amount of addition is 2 – 5 kg / T of paper.

5、 Packaging and precautions

1. The product is packed in plastic barrels with a net weight of 200kg.

2. The storage temperature of the product is 5-30 ℃, and the shelf life is 3 months.
