Pigment type whitening agent is a kind of high-grade organic pigment. After special surface processing and surface active treatment, it is uniformly dispersed in the medium in the form of very small particles to form a stable solution of the developer. Suitable for coloring and color matching of high light fastness paper, printing paper, copy paper and coated paperboard in paper industry. By adjusting the white tone of human eye perception, the paper surface appears whiter and brighter, which can improve the anti-oxidation effect of paper and prolong the yellowing cycle of paper. After color printing, the pattern has strong three-dimensional sense, bright color, good acid resistance, alkali resistance and residual chlorine resistance in the process of use. It is an ideal whitening agent for high-grade cultural paper and coated paper.

3、 Usage and precautions

1. It should be fully vibrated before use.

2. When it is used in the coating, it needs to be diluted with 10-20 times of water, filtered by 320 mesh filter screen, and then added. It can be mixed evenly. About 35ml is added for every 100kg white material.

3. It is used in paper pulp, adding about 200ml per ton of dry pulp, diluting with 10-50 times warm water at 30-50 ℃, filtering with 320 mesh filter screen, and adding before sizing.

4. In order to ensure that the paper does not appear color difference, should first add whitening agent mixed evenly, and then slowly add this product.

5. The shelf life is one year (5-35 ℃).

4、 Packaging, storage and transportation

The product is packed in 4-liter plastic barrels, 6 barrels per case, with a net weight of 24 kg. This product is nonflammable, non corrosive and non-toxic, but should not be stored close to high temperature or exposed to the sun. The storage temperature is 5 ~ 35 ℃, so it can't be pressed heavily, so as to prevent the package from cracking and polluting other articles.
