4、 How to use it

The concentrated solution is diluted with twice water to be a common cutting fluid, and then used according to the ratio of 3-5% for general grinding and 5-15% for medium and heavy load cutting.

5、 Precautions

1. When preparing new liquid, we should follow the principle of draining water first, then adding original liquid, and mixing evenly before using.

2. The total hardness of industrial water used for preparation shall not exceed 300ppm, otherwise the stability of working fluid may be reduced.

3. The equipment is equipped with magnetic filter and other filtering devices to remove impurities in time.

4. This product should not be mixed with other cutting fluids, so as not to affect the use effect. If it needs to be mixed, it needs to be tested before it can be used.

6、 Packaging, storage and transportation

1. 20 L, 200 L barrel.

2. 5 ~ 35 ℃. In the process of storage and transportation, it is necessary to prevent moisture and impurities from mixing, so as to avoid product deterioration.

This product is non-toxic, non combustible, and can be used for general commodity storage and transportation.
