1. Treatment method: spray or ultrasonic cleaning.

2. The product can be used with 5% ratio and even stirring.

3. Process parameters:

Fal: 0.6 ～ 1.0pt tal: 3.0 ～ 5.0 treatment temperature: 40 ～ 80 ℃

Processing time: 2-3min (for heavy oil contaminated workpieces, the use time can be appropriately extended.)

4. In the process of use, the concentration of tank liquid gradually decreases, so it is necessary to add the stock liquid to keep the indexes within the specified process conditions. The floating oil and sundries on the surface of the tank liquid should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the cleaning effect. After long-term use, the tank liquid will not achieve satisfactory effect even if it is supplemented. At this time, it should be discarded and re mixed with the tank.
