1、 Overview
This product is made of refined mineral oil, high efficiency antirust agent, lubricant, emulsifier, surfactant and other raw materials by special process. This product is easy to emulsify, less consumption, no peculiar smell, good lubrication, cooling, cleaning, rust prevention performance. Widely used in turning, grinding, milling and other machining processes.

3、 How to use it
This product can be mixed with water in any proportion to form emulsion. Generally, the recommended concentration is 3-5%. It can be mixed into different concentrations according to the difficulty of processing and climate.
4、 Note:
1. When preparing the new solution, the water should be drained first and then the original solution should be added, and it can be used only after being stirred evenly.
2. The total hardness of the water used to prepare the working fluid shall not exceed 300ppm, otherwise the stability of the working fluid may be decreased, and the serious case will not be emulsified.
3. The equipment is equipped with magnetic filter and other filtering devices to remove impurities in time.
4. This product can't be mixed with other cutting fluids, so as not to affect the use effect. If it needs to be mixed, it can be used only after it is tested and feasible.
5. 5 ~ 35 ℃ indoor sealed storage. In the process of storage and transportation, it is necessary to prevent the mixing of water and impurities, so as to avoid the deterioration of products.
5、 Packaging, storage and transportation
1. Package: 20 l or 200 L barrel.
2. This product is nontoxic and nonflammable. It can be used for general commodity storage and transportation.
