This product is zinc iron series phosphating solution, which is a new type of treatment solution developed on the basis of referring to foreign technology and integrating various phosphating solutions and phosphating technologies. It is suitable for phosphating treatment of cold-rolled plate, hot-rolled plate, angle steel and steel surface before spraying. Under certain conditions, it can meet the needs of short-term rust prevention between workpiece processes.

1. This product has no precipitation in the phosphating process, low solution consumption, long service life, color composite film, small amount of paint absorption and low cost.

2. The composite film formed after treatment is fine and smooth, which is phosphating film. The film has good adhesion and corrosion resistance.

3. Immersin or spray method can be used to avoid washing after phosphating.

4. The solution is stable, easy to debug and control, easy to maintain and use.

3、 Application method and process parameters

1. Treatment process: degreasing → washing → derusting → washing → neutralizing washing → washing → phosphating → natural drying or drying

2. Mix the product into working solution according to the ratio of 1:4 and stir it evenly

FA: 5 ～ 10pt treatment temperature: normal temperature

TA: 30-39 Pt, treatment time: 3-10 min

4. The concentration of the tank liquid will gradually decrease during the treatment. When FA ＜ 4PT, the phenomenon of ash hanging will appear. At this time, this product can be added appropriately to make it reach the specified process range. When there is too much sediment in the tank, the tank needs to be reconstituted.

4、 Packaging, storage and transportation

This product is packed in plastic barrels, net weight of each barrel is 20 or 25 kg, storage temperature is 0 ~ 40 ℃.
